If you have been approved by the program director that you have completed your mandatory planetarium training session, you are welcomed to schedule practice time at the UW planetarium.
Generally, we allow our volunteers to come in for practice M-F from 9:30AM-4PM.
Check the UW Planetarium calendar, find the date and time you’d like to practice and make sure that the planetarium is not booked for that date and time:

Generally the UW planetarium is available for practice: Monday to Thursday from 8:30AM to 6:30PM. On Friday’s the planetarium is available for training from 3:00PM - 6:30PM.
Email Andy Tzanidakis ([email protected]) to schedule practice time. Andy will confirm your booking and will add you to the calendar.
The planetarium door code will be shared one hour before your scheduled planetarium training session. After you’re done, please make sure the planetarium door is locked after you're done. Please return the to the front office when you're done.
